Yes, your order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves our premises. You will receive an email from us once you order has been dispatched where you can track the status of your order through your order page. You will also receive an email/SMS from the designated courier, where you can track your order through their site directly.
UK Mail/DHL also offer you a 1 hour time window on the day of delivery.
Please Note, to avoid disappointment UK Mail will attempt to deliver to a neighbours if you have forgot about your delivery or didn't get chance to use the 'in flight' options.

From time to time courier companies may experience a back log of parcels due to external factors which are out of their control. If you order has not arrived after 3 working days, then please contact us and we will look into this for you.

However, our success rate is above 96% using these services and we very rarely receive any complaints on behalf of UK courier companies.
