Yes. You can collect your order for free the next day Monday to Saturday. Please select 'Collect In Person' at the checkout. After placing your order you will receive a separate email from us with a time window to collect. We may ask you to show us some ID or your order confirmation email from us.

All orders are sent using next working day delivery services as standard. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. If you require your order sooner in the day you can also use our 'By 12' service. We also offer weekend services at an additional cost which will be presented to you at the checkout.

Yes, your order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves our premises. You will receive a confirmation email or text depending on your choice, which will keep you up to date throughout giving you a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can even rearrange your delivery or opt to send it to a neighbour. You can also track and manage your parcel through your confirmation of delivery email you receive from us after purchasing or through the UK Mail website.
Please Note, to avoid disappointment UK Mail will attempt to deliver to a neighbours if you have forgot about your delivery or didn't get chance to use the 'in flight' options.
You can send your order to almost any UK postcode. If delivering to large office buildings, remember to add the floor or suite, basically as much information as possible, to avoid any delays. You can also change the location of your parcel during it's journey if your circumstances have changed. This is all done through the tracking number we provide you with or the notification email/SMS you get from UK Mail.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive when you expected it to, then please check your tracking which should give you the info you need. From time to time courier companies may experience a back log of parcels due to external factors which are out of their control. If you order has not arrived after 3 working days, then please contact us and we will look into this for you.
No. We send everything using next day services as standard and cannot guarantee your parcel as courier companies from time to time get a backlog of parcels due to external factors which they cannot control. Ie. Traffic incidents and severe weather. However, our success rate is above 96% using these services and we very rarely receive any complaints on behalf of UK courier companies.
