Yes, if you place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday it will be delivered during business hours the following day. We also offer a ‘delivery before 12pm the following day’ for an additional fee, which is presented at the checkout. For more information click here.
Yes, please contact us to discuss your needs. Once we know the products you are interested in, we’ll do the hard work for you. We can send you a simple link to a pre-populated order form which will take you straight to the check out.
We send all orders with couriers using next working day delivery services to ensure your products are in transit for as short a time as possible. Orders placed between 1pm Thursday & 1pm Friday are dispatched Friday for next working day delivery on Monday. We do offer weekend services at an additional cost which will be presented to you at the checkout. Please note: Some items we refrain from sending over the weekend to avoid your goods being held at a depot for this period of time. See more here
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email or text depending on your choice, which will keep you up to date throughout giving you a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can even rearrange your delivery or opt to send it to a neighbour. You can also track your parcel through your confirmation of delivery email you receive from us after purchasing.
Orders sent with DPD come with many ‘in flight’ options including the ability to set a ‘safe place’ and change day of delivery with the click of a button if you may not be home. To download the DPD app and for more information on the options available click here
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. You will have tracking information throughout the courier process and will remain in control to help mitigate that risk. Please note, if you change your delivery in any way with DPD, I.e leave in safeplace, this becomes a matter between yourself and DPD.
